Sushi Master for over 15 years, head chef Pakung came from the kitchens of Lyon to build the Kajiro adventure alongside Craig and Maximilien.
Trained using traditional methods, Pakung masters all the techniques required to create Kajiro dishes. A firm believer in sharing, she passes on her knowledge to her teams — and her love of good food to you.
